In the Pyrenees and Andorra there is a tradition of mountain cuisine that is based on cooking on the grill and in the wood oven. In La Neu we wanted to cook again as it was done before and we present our grill. An extensive menu of meats, seasonal vegetables, creams and cooked dishes. In the La Neu we also offer you starters, all homemade, such as our our famous patatas bravas made in a wood-fired oven, the Andorran escudella, the crunchy cheese salad goat ... A La Neu hem volgut tornar a cuinar com es feia abans i us presentem la nostra braseria. Una extensa carta de carns, verdures de temporada, cremes i plats cuinats que, de ben segur, seran del vostre gust: entrecot de 400 grams de la més alta qualitat, xurrasco de poltre alimentat a les nostres valls, cua de bou casolana a l’estil del xef, civets de carn de caça del país… a La Braseria de La Neu també us oferim entrants, tots fets a casa, com les nostres croquetes, les nostres famoses patates braves fetes al forn de llenya, l’escudella andorrana, l’amanida cruixent de formatge de cabra… I no ens oblidem dels nostres postres casolans fets pel nostre pastisser, l’Edu!
